INTRODUCTION
The MA Islamic Studies (BS 5th Semester) program builds on foundational knowledge to explore advanced topics in the Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, Islamic philosophy, and Islamic civilization. Students engage in critical thinking, ethical reflection, and academic research, developing a deeper understanding of Islamic thought in historical and contemporary contexts. This semester strengthens their ability to analyze modern issues through an Islamic lens and prepares them for careers in education, community leadership, religious guidance, and scholarly work. It also serves as a pathway to higher studies in Shariah, Theology, or Comparative Religion.
