CSS (Central Superior Services) Exam is conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC),

PMS (Provincial Management Service) is a competitive exam conducted by the provincial governments of Pakistan through PPSC, SPSC, BPSC, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPSC, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission. The applicants need to clear written test, psychology test, and interview to qualify. The candidates who clear these PMS tests are offered government job as First-Class Officers (Grade 17).
